As of May 2011, WAMASC became the official Club at the WA Model Aircraft Sports Centre and all resident clubs became Special Interest Social Groups. BSAA have always supported the concept of "one club" as in our view it is the only way to go in furthering modeling in all its shapes and forms, and the only way to ensure positive development of the site as all members pull together as one cohesive group. As a result, the role of BSAA has diminished and this website reflects our changed role in the new structure. BSAA have a great social interaction and we encourage you to join our club, even though joining our group is entirely optional.
In the spirit of cooperation and fostering aeromodelling, no BSAA articles from this website have been lost but have been donated and transferred to the WAMASC website for the benefit of all aeromodellers.
